We Are Here To Serve You
Counseling for Hope and Healing provides services for adults, adolescents, and children as young as age four, through individual counseling, couples counseling, and family counseling.
Individual Counseling: “One on one” counseling provides personal support as you focus on changes you need to make in your life. Individual counseling can help you express your feelings, define your goals, and make changes in the way you think, feel, and act.
Couples Counseling: The best way to address problems within a relationship is usually through couples counseling. Reconnecting with your partner and improving communication skills can help you take steps to resolve problems in your relationship.
Family Counseling: In family counseling, family members work together to form new, healthy ways of supporting each other.
Children (age 4 and older): We use play and art activities to connect with younger children and to help them express their feelings. Older children are also able to use talk therapy, especially around problem solving and concrete behavior change. Parents are always involved in our work with children.
Adolescents: To facilitate building trust with teens, we talk openly about expectations of both the parent and the teen. Often a combination of individual, parent, and family sessions can help improve communication and assist teens in reaching their goals.
